March 9, 2011 Plan Commission Meeting
VILLAGE OF PALMYRA PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
Wednesday, March 9, 2011; 7 p.m.; Village Hall
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: Member Sue Agen called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. PRESENT: Sue Agen; Jeff Gugin; Bill Holcomb; and Mike Merriner. ABSENT: Tim Gorsegner. Also present was Tony Orlandoni of Standard Process.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: MOTION Holcomb/2nd Agen to approve the minutes of 12/14/2010 with the correction of member name being Mike Merriner, not Mike Mehring. CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Discuss/Approve Plan of Operations for Standard Process, 1200 W. Royal Lee Drive, Palmyra for a revision of an existing space at their plant.
This renovation of existing space is in the main process room of plant. The plant is in the Commercial Zoning District. The scope of renovation includes: Walkable ceiling, new suspended ceiling, windows, and doors. Mr. Orlandoni explained the plans are at the State and in the process of being reviewed. MOTION Holcomb/2nd Agen to approve the Plan of Operations pending State approval of the project. CARRIED.
There was no other business. MOTION Agen/2nd Gugin to adjourn. CARRIED. Meeting adjourned at 7:02 p.m.
